For Homeowners

Residential

Materials, design packages and straight answers for the house you actually live in — whether that's a new addition, a full kitchen, or a shop out back.

How We Help

Supply, Design,
and a Plan

Most home projects go sideways in the same two places: the materials list is wrong, and nobody planned the sequence. We fix both before a nail goes in.

You get a scoped material package, a design that fits your house and your budget, and a schedule that tells you what happens when. If you're managing the work yourself, that's the difference between a six-week project and a six-month one.

What We Cover

From a single room to a whole-house project, plus the outbuildings most contractors won't touch.

completed two-story addition, exterior

Additions & Bump-Outs

Second stories, rear bump-outs, in-law suites and sunrooms. We help you add square footage that matches the character of the house instead of announcing itself as an addition.

Kitchen remodel

Kitchens

Cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures and the layout work that comes first. The kitchen carries more resale value per dollar than anything else in the house — worth planning properly.

finished bathroom — tiled shower, vanity, clean lines

Bathrooms

Full gut renovations, primary suite upgrades and powder rooms. Waterproofing done right the first time, because the ones that fail all fail the same way.

Architectural shingle, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal. Full tear-offs, decking repair, underlayment, flashing and ventilation — all in one material package.

Siding & Exterior

Fiber cement, board-and-batten, vinyl, trim and soffit. Georgia humidity is hard on exteriors, so we spec what holds up here — not what's cheapest on the shelf.

Decks & Porches

Pressure-treated, composite and screened porches. Framing, decking, rails, footings and hardware, sized and specified to pass inspection.

Concrete & Slabs

Driveways, patios, walkways, garage and shop slabs. Base prep, vapor barrier, thickness and joint layout matter more than the mix — Georgia clay will tell on a bad subgrade.

Garages & Workshops

Attached, detached, stick-built or steel. If you want a lift, a mezzanine or tall storage, we'll size the eave height and slab for it up front.

Basement Finish-Out

Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring and egress. Moisture control comes first in a Georgia basement; everything else is decoration if you skip it.

for the Property

A steel shell is often the cheapest square footage you'll ever add to a property — and it doesn't rot, warp or feed termites.

What to Expect

A Residential Project,
Step by Step

First Call & Site Visit

We walk the property, look at what you have, and talk about what you actually want out of the space. No sales pitch — we're figuring out whether the project makes sense as described.

Scope & Estimate

A written scope and material takeoff, with a revision pass. You should be able to read the estimate and know exactly what's in and what's out.

Design & Selections

Drawings, surveys where needed, and the selection process — finishes, fixtures, colors. Getting selections locked early is the single biggest schedule saver.

Permits

Plans submitted to your county or city. Timelines vary widely across metro Atlanta jurisdictions, and we'll tell you what to expect from yours.

Materials Delivered

Staged to the schedule so your site isn't a storage yard and your crew isn't waiting on a truck.

Build & Close Out

Work proceeds against the schedule, with inspections along the way and a punch list at the end.

Homeowner Questions

Good to Know

Do I need a permit for my project?

Structural work, additions, decks above a certain height, electrical, plumbing and mechanical almost always do. Cosmetic work usually doesn't. Requirements and review times vary a lot between metro Atlanta jurisdictions — call your county or city building department early, because a permit surprise mid-project is expensive.

Can I buy just the materials?

Yes. That's a large part of what we do. If you're managing the work yourself or already have a crew, we'll scope the material package, price it and schedule delivery so you're not making four supply runs a week.

How far out are you booking?

It depends on scope and season. Material packages move fast. Design and permit-driven work is realistically a couple of months before anything happens on site, mostly because of drawings and review. Call and we'll give you an honest date.

Do you work outside metro Atlanta?

Yes. Metro Atlanta is our core service area, and we deliver material and building packages statewide.

What should I have ready for the first call?

Your county or city, rough dimensions or square footage, what the space is for, whether it'll be heated and cooled, your target budget range, and any site issues — slope, access, drainage or poor soil. That's enough for a useful conversation.
